The leading specialist of our center Oxana Legkostupova who has been teaching Ayurveda and Yoga from 2001 (before Oxana also was a professional teacher − a lecturer at the Moscow State University), in different years conducted practical seminars on Ayurveda and Yoga in Moscow and other Russian cities as well as in India.
